Fact: The Arab World consists of 22 Countries in the Middle East and North Africa such as;
Egypt, Algeria, The Comoros Islands,Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Morocco.
Fiction: All Arabs are Muslim.
* Even though the majority of Arabs are Muslim, there are also Christian Arabs and Jewish Arabs; just like there are Christian Americans, Jewish Americans, and Muslim Americans.
Fact: Arab is a cultural and linguistic term, it refers to those who speak Arabic as a first language. Arabs are united by culture and history.
Fiction: Arab is a 'race'.
Fact: There are over 200 million Arabs.
Fiction: All Arabs have dark hair and dark eyes.
*Some have blue eyes and red hair, but most Arabs are in between. Complextion, hair, and eye color varies in the Arab community just as it does in any other community.
